may collect information concerning products or services that interest
a User. The Company collects the name, street address, email address,
telephone number, fax number, email address, employment related
information and resume from Users that apply for a job with the
Company.
The Company collects email addresses and general
account information provided by Registered Users through their Company
account(s) for use with the Company services. Registered Users have
the choice to opt-out of receiving e-mail notices. General account
information includes, but is not limited to usage, maintenance and
billing matters related to a Registered User's account for telecommunications
and/or data services provided by the Company.
By submitting Information, including anonymous browsing and personal
information, to this Site, the User acknowledges that he or she
has read this Policy, understands it, agrees to its terms and UAThorizes
the Company to collect, use and disclose Information pursuant to
the terms of this Policy.
HOW THE COMPANY USES THE INFORMATION
The Company uses the Information collected from its
Users to respond to Users' questions and/or comments, process a
User's job application and inform Users of new products and services.
The Company uses the Information collected from Registered Users
to provide information concerning their accounts, call records and
toll charges. The Company will send email notifications to Registered
Users who have requested such notifications concerning billing,
maintenance, upgrades, or other information related to a Registered
User's account. Anonymous browsing information, including your IP
address, may be used to gather broad demographic information used
in marketing, Site advertising, or similar activities. This information
may be aggregated to measure the number of visits, average time
spent, page views and other statistics about Users of the Site.
The Company also may use this data to monitor Site performance and

WHO THE COMPANY SHARES YOUR INFORMATION WITH

HOW TO UPDATE OR DELETE YOUR INFORMATION
The Company offers Registered Users who have provided
Information to the Company an opportunity to review the Information
provided to update or correct any errors or delete the Information.
To update or delete Information previously provided, go to www.ctcnet.com
and click on the "log in" link. The Company also provides
Registered Users the ability to cancel their account, terminate
access to the the Company services and/or cancel email notifications.

LINKED INTERNET WEBSITES
The Site provides hyperlinks, which are highlighted
words or pictures within a hypertext document that, when clicked,
take you to another place within the document, to another document
altogether, or to other websites not controlled by the Company.
These hyperlinked websites may contain privacy provisions that are
different from those provided herein. The Company is not responsible
for the collection, use, or disclosure of information collected
through these websites, and the Company expressly disclaims any
and all liability related to such collection, use, or disclosure.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY PROTECTION
The Site is not directed towards children under 13
years of age, and the Company does not knowingly collect any information
from children under 13 years of age through the Site.
SECURITY
This Site has security measures to protect against
the loss, misuse, and alteration of the Information under our control
that is submitted to the Company. The Company makes no representations
or warranties with regard to the sufficiency of these security measures.
The Company shall not be responsible for any actual or consequential
damages that result from a lapse in compliance with this Policy
as a result of a security breach or technical malfunction. It is
important that Registered Users that have established an account
with the Company and use the Company service protect their password

to Users by email. Although it is generally illegal to intercept
or disclose these messages without your consent you are advised

Site, the Company may need to review or monitor your electronic
mail and other communications from time to time as the need may

SALE OR ACQUISITION OF ASSETS
In the event that another company acquires the Company
or any of its assets, the Company reserves the right to include
Information among the assets transferred to the acquiring company.

The Company reserves the right to amend this Policy
periodically. Use of Information that the Company gathers now is
