United American Corporation (NASD otcbb: UAMA) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary TéliPhone Inc's has entered into a carrier agreement with TADAA WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS CORP., opening up TADAA's wireless hot-spots for use by téliPhone™ subscribers. “Wide-spread usability of our téliPhone™ service through TADAA's wi-fi hotspots presents a significant value to our subscribers — this agreement re-enforces our commitment to offering mobile VoIP to our subscribers, so that they can benefit from VoIP calling outside of just their home or office”, says George Metrakos, President and CEO of Téliphone Inc. Tasso Leventis, Chief Technology Officer of TADAA Wireless adds: “our agreement with Téliphone Inc. provides an advantage for our clients as they compete for increased traffic in their restaurants, cafés and public buildings, and clearly demonstrates the synergies and potential that our wi-fi infrastructure offers.” The agreement comes into effect immediately and permits téliPhone™ subscribers to utilize over 30 hot-spots in the Montreal and Toronto area.
