TeliPhone Expands Public Wireless Access Coverage Zones With Experience Wifi of Montreal

MONTREAL, March 14, 2005 — United American Corporation (NASD OTCBB:UAMA) wholly owned subsidiary TeliPhone Inc. has further expanded its public access zones for its wireless internet phone devices with Montreal-based Experience Wifi. This brings the total number of Montreal and Toronto locations to over 100 where TeliPhone subscribers can make calls from their wireless internet phone devices for free. The agreement permits TeliPhone and Experience Wifi to authenticate TeliPhone subscriber's phones within Experience Wifi's hot spot locations. Most notable addresses include the Java U chain of coffee shops and restaurants throughout the downtown Montreal core, with particular focus on University locations.
