Grow by setting up Gateways. United American Corp, Inc. intends to extend its network by installing IP Telephony gateways initially in Central and South America and eventually in other areas of the world where it will be profitable to do so.

Grow by setting up routes using Private Labels. UAC also wishes to broaden its distribution channels by entering into distribution agreements with private label strategic players.

Grow Through Strategic Acquisitions. UAC believes that growth through strategic acquisitions of complementary technologies, products and distribution channels offers the potential for significant competitive advantage.

Pursue International Opportunities. UAC believes that the markets for Voice over IP communication solutions outside Canada and the United States will experience accelerated growth in the next few years. To pursue these opportunities, it intends to actively partner with strategic international players.
